We protect your data and communications from the quantum cyber threat through our world-class expertise in post-quantum cryptography and solutions that combine post-quantum cryptography with quantum cryptography to provide an unmatched level of protection.
Co-founders of PORTYQ contributed and lead the development and advancement of the HQC algorithm, which was selected by the NIST as a the second and last one post-quantum encryption standard. This achievement highlights our deep expertise in PQC and especially in code-based cryptography and our active role in shaping the next generation of quantum-resistant algorithms and their deployment.
PORTYQ organized the first European conference entirely dedicated to quantum cybersecurity threat, bringing together leading experts from academia, industry and public institutions. This conference goal was to make people aware about the urgency of transitioning to quantum-safe solutions.

As part of the ORQESTRA project, supported by the EDF, PORTYQ is involved in the development of next-generation quantum-resistant communication systems. The project focuses on the integration of Post-Quantum Cryptography and Quantum Key Distribution into real-world infrastructures.
PortyQ is a spinoff of XLIM (Limoges) and IOGS (Bordeaux) based in France and backed by several technology transfer programs and competitiveness clusters. The company co-founders include inventors and co-authors of post-quantum cryptography algorithms standardized or selected by NIST.
